Most stock items will ship within 3 to 5 business days after an order has been received. We will notify the customer in regards to items that are not available for immediate shipping. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE 3 DAY SELECT, 2ND DAY AIR OR NEXT DAY AIR FEDEX SHIPPING. When choosing an express option, please note that weekends, holidays and the day that the product ships do not count as transit time.

Mountainwest Mfg. Inc. offers shipping via FedEx Ground Service except for Hawaii and Alaska which are FedEx Next Day or 2nd Day Air. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for delivery. Our shipping charges are based on weight. All options for FedEx shipping are offered.

For orders outside the continental US, please complete your online order and the shipping rates, which are dependent on the weight of your order, will be e-mailed to you for approval or call 1-800-488-0659 for a quote. Shipments outside the continental United States may be subject to import charges, duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, no returns after 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Merchandise must be in original packaging as well as any additional packaging necessary to protect from shipping damage.

Back Orders: If not specified, out of stock items will automatically be placed on back order and shipped immediately when made available.
